Reverend Prince H. McDowell is a passionate leader, dynamic preacher, and dedicated servant of God. A proud native of Dallas, Texas, he currently serves as Senior Pastor of Highway to Heaven Missionary Baptist Church, where he has led with faith and vision since October 2023.
Pastor McDowell is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through the preaching and teaching of Scripture. His ministry centers on Christian discipleship, evangelism, and stewardship - empowering believers to live out their faith boldly and with purpose.

Pastor McDowell’s academic journey reflects his deep dedication to spiritual growth and leadership:

He continues to pursue theological education to enhance his ability to serve and lead God’s people.

Over the years, Pastor McDowell has served in multiple capacities, including:

- Leader of the Singles Ministry

He is regularly called upon to officiate weddings, funerals, and church conferences, offering spiritual guidance and compassionate care to individuals and families during life’s most important moments.
In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor McDowell is a respected entrepreneur and the Founder of McDowell Family Funeral Services in Dallas, Texas.
VISIONARY LEADERSHIP
Since taking on leadership at Highway to Heaven, Pastor McDowell has overseen remarkable spiritual and numerical growth within the church. One of his innovative initiatives includes the launch of “Virtual Highway”—a live-streamed worship experience on Facebook that connects people near and far to the Word of God.
PERSONAL LIFE
Pastor McDowell is the son of the late Pastor L. McDowell and Myrtle McDowell. Though widely recognized for his compelling preaching, he is best known for his genuine love, humility, and servant’s heart. When he is not in the pulpit, you’ll find him actively serving others—living out the gospel through acts of kindness with no expectation in return.
